Even if owner Dan Cathy has been a very outspoken opponent of gay rights, at least one operator - eg, Coralville, IA - flaunted the national dictum in June 2015 and donated the chain's food to the local LGBT parade. That's reassuring. I hate it when politics gets in the middle of free enterprise. So considering that this drive through will be slammed shut tomorrow in observance of Sunday...another arbitrary selection for Sabbath imho... I hurried through after an afternoon on the beach and grabbed some good old fashioned, crispy chicken and mashed for a late lunch. Be sure to ask for honey. Like people getting along, it's not automatic. Just a lot sweeter when it arrives.

Busy lunch rush at this restaurant, with the line of cars wrapped around the bldg. we had the chicken sandwich and the tenders. Both came with waffle fries and were good. The free drink refills they give you is also a nice touch. Overall, I like the food and atmosphere. I would come back if I'm down in this area again.

The staff here is always wonderful, the food of course is superior in quality. They also now sell Chick-Fil-A sauces in containers, which everyone agrees, is addicting.

This Location sucks. Living in Hawaii we don't have a chickfila so it's been a couple years since we eaten at one. Mind you my kids were so excited to come here. Every single order was wrong we got someone else's food and instead of us sending it all back my father went to the counter and just asked for a piece of cheese. The cashier and manager were so rude they stated he would have to pay .34 cents for it. So I went to the counter. The manager had the nerve to get uppity with me because the cashier didn't do her job correctly. The manager proceeded to wrest the cooler and place a piece of cheese into Baggie and say don't worry about the .34 cents. Really wtf!?! It's a shame because this is our favorite fast food spot and the company has incompetent rude employees.. Save your money and go to another location.

This is the chick-fil-a located in the Costco plaza on 41 and Daniels. I arrived here on Labor Day in the afternoon and the place was slam busy- must have been a birthday party in the kids play area- kids running around - drive through backed up. But the place was moving- and the most pleasant employee greeted me with a smile and courteously took my order. Her name is Jeannie and the management should be proud to have her represent this business right at the front. She was very busy and managed to keep a smile and made everyone feel welcome. In this world of fast food places where front counter staff could care less about you being there- it was so nice to meet someone who actually seemed to love their job and genuinely appeared to be thankful to take your order. Besides that the food is great!

I really like this chicken! Always great! Staff is always good! Love the waffle fries! Also like the fact that they are religious! If people don't like that fact then go some where else. Plain n simple!

We have had lunch at this location four or five times this winter, nearly every time we shop at the nearby Costco. The service is always good, fast and courteous. The quality of the food that we have tried - the chicken strips, waffle fries, cole slaw and lemonade is simply incredible. The restaurant is clean looking and has a nice, modern, bright atmosphere In my opinion people should leave political/social pronouncements and derogatory comments about other patrons like "ladies in your large SUVs..." out of these reviews and just stick with rating the restaurant on it's merits.

I just went through the drive-through for lunch today. The line was long but it went really quick. My food came out hot so hot and perfect to the order and everything thing I ordered tasted good. The lady taking the order did a fabulous job. The guy at the window was so nice. Great job Chick-fil-A keep up the great work.

basically I had to understand what the hype was all about. And man o' man is this place crowded. Around 12:30 for lunch, there was a line around the block waiting for drive through. Hey ladies in your large Mercedes SUVs, if you're in such a hurry, get your lazy butts out of your car and just walk in! I got my order in about 5 minutes inside and it would've taken probably at least 20 minutes in the drive through line. The verdict? A darn good chicken sandwich. The new spicy deluxe sandwich had a large juicy piece of chicken and was actually spicy!!! Love that they have waffle fries. Excited for the locations in Chicago to open!!
